After learning the workings of the mortgage banking industry, Chris was offered a position as a Sr. Mortgage Banker at Security Pacific Home Loans. When Chris noticed a drastically changing mortgage industry (Subprime, No Income or No Asset loans), he made the life changing decision to pursue a career as an appraiser.
